PUSLINCH – Sunrise Therapeutic Riding and Learning Centre is anxiously awaiting a decision by Puslinch council that could allow the non-profit organization to move ahead with its Supportive Affordable Housing and Respite Project.

ELORA – Riverfest Elora has announced the lineup for the 2022 instalment of the annual music festival on Aug. 19, 20 and 21 at Bissell Park in Elora. Headliners include Alessia Cara, Mother Mother and The Glorious Sons.

ERIN – Erin councillor Rob Smith has his eyes on the mayor’s chair in the upcoming municipal election. Current Mayor Allan Alls has confirmed he will not be seeking re-election this fall.

Touch a Truck –  The Town of Erin hosted their second annual ‘Touch A Truck’ event on the morning of May 14 to highlight Public Works week. The event offered an opportunity for residents to learn about the heavy equipment used by Erin firefighters and public works.

GUELPH – The Guelph United FC goalkeeper who enlisted in the Ukrainian army when war broke out there, has safely returned to Guelph and is ready to return to soccer this season.

ELORA – Local water activist group Save Our Water hosted a community gathering to celebrate nearly seven years of fighting to keep Centre Wellington’s water supply within the township.
