WELLINGTON NORTH - A preliminary 2022 budget presented to council on Nov. 22 shows taxpayers potentially shouldering a 19.2% tax levy increase to pay for government and proposed capital costs. Council requested staff to aim for a 2.5% increase and look to reserves for relief.
