LISTOWEL – On Sept. 25 at about 3:40pm Perth County OPP officers "responded to a report of a male driver who approached a 13-year-old female in Listowel and told her to get in his vehicle," police stated in a press release.

MOUNT FOREST – Three Mount Forest residents have been charged in connection with a drug and theft investigation in Dufferin County. Police say officers recovered property stolen from a Dufferin County address, including a stolen trailer, power tools, drugs and drug paraphernalia.

GUELPH/ERAMOSA – Wellington County OPP officials say emergency crews responded to the crash, north of Guelph at the intersection of Highway 6 and Wellington Road 38, on Sept. 20 at about 8:45pm.

WELLINGTON NORTH - Two vehicles collided around 5:30am at Wellington Road 16 and Line 2, near Damascus on Sept. 16, according to a press release from Wellington County OPP.

ELORA –  Police are investigating after the body of a 67-year-old Waterloo man was found in the Elora Gorge. Officials say emergency crews were called to the scene near John Street in Elora on Sept. 15 at about 2:40pm.

PALMERSTON – Police are looking for help to find an individual they say assaulted three people with “a noxious substance” outside a home here last weekend.

PUSLINCH – Police are looking for help to identify the person(s) responsible for stealing $50,000 worth of hamburger patties on Sept. 5. Police say that at about 3am, someone entered a yard near Brock Road South and stole a 53-foot semi-trailer.

Is this your bike? – Wellington County OPP officials have recovered a bicycle and would like to identify the owner and return it.

WELLINGTON COUNTY — Previous Wellington County OPP acting inspector Steve Thomas is now the county's detachment commander. He replaces former commander Paul Richardson, who has since returned to Grey-Bruce OPP.
