MOUNT FOREST – Hear Well Be Well has expanded its Gift of Hearing program.

HOLSTEIN – The streets of Holstein are set to come alive with the sights and sounds of a truly unique holiday tradition Dec. 14 as the beloved non-motorized Santa Claus parade returns for its 31st year.  

ARTHUR – Arthur’s Santa Claus Parade was hosted by the Opti-Mrs Club on Nov. 30.

KENILWORTH – Plans are moving forward for the fifth and final phase of Arthur’s Eastridge subdivision. A public meeting was held on Nov. 18 to gather feedback on an application to rezone land to allow 55 new housing units to be built.

MOUNT FOREST – A previously dark alley in downtown Mount Forest has been transformed into an art gallery thanks to support from local businesses and the work of local artists.

KENILWORTH – Wellington North council hosted its third Recognition of Outstanding Achievements in Sports night on Nov. 18 in council chambers, honouring three separate individuals or organizations.

MOUNT FOREST – On Nov. 16 and 17, the adult skaters from Skate Canada Mount Forest competed in the Provincial Series #1 Adult Events Competition in Erin. 

ARTHUR – Three years ago, the playground at Arthur Public School was deemed unsafe, demolished and removed from the school grounds.
