WELLINGTON COUNTY - Jim McQueen, Wesley Snarr, Douglas Auld, and Joseph Servos were all reappointed by Wellington North council to a joint committee audit committee for the 2022-26 term of council.

PERTH-WELLINGTON – Progressive Conservative candidate Matthew Rae was elected MPP for this riding in the June 2 election that saw Premier Doug Ford’s PCs expand on the majority government they held after the 2018 election.

WELLINGTON-HALTON HILLS – Almost as soon as the polls closed, Wellington-Halton Hills incumbent Ted Arnott was in front of the pack and he never relinquished his position. The long-standing PC candidate easily won the June 2 provincial election with 25,049 votes, or 50.6 per cent.
