CENTRE WELLINGTON – Brenda Dolderman, 55, of Centre Wellington, has been charged with releasing transcripts of "unlawfully obtained conversations" just one week after she was sentenced to house arrest and probation for similar actions.

GUELPH/ERAMOSA – Police are looking for help to find those responsible for stealing about $250,000 worth of toothpaste from a local business. Wellington County OPP officials say officers responded to a theft call at "a storage lot" Highway 7 in Guelph/Eramosa.

FERGUS – Police have arrested two people in connection with a "grandparent scam" targeting a resident here. Wellington County OPP officials say they received a call about "an active fraud" at a Fergus home on March 2 at about 1pm.

WELLINGTON COUNTY – A county man, 59, has been charged with sexual assault. Wellington County OPP officials announced the charge on March 1.

PUSLINCH – CTV News Kitchener reporter Stephanie Villella is in critical condition with life-threatening injuries after being struck by a vehicle while reporting on an earlier crash in Puslinch on March 1.

CENTRE WELLINGTON – One person is dead after a vehicle went into a ditch on Wellington Road 7 south of Elora on March 1. A report from the OPP suggests the death was "unrelated to the collision."

GUELPH/ERAMOSA – A snowmobile operator was sent to hospital after crashing into fencing attached to a home here on Thursday afternoon.
