WELLINGTON COUNTY – Confirmed COVID-19 cases and hospitalizations are up in the Wellington-Dufferin-Guelph Public Health. Following a steady decline in May and most of June, local cases have essentially doubled this month – from 153 on July 3 to 300 on July 27.
