HARRISTON – Four people are facing numerous charges after an attempted break-in at a home here last week. Police “located the suspects and seized a firearm,” police stated in a Nov. 6 press release, noting four people were arrested and held for bail court.

ELORA – Centre Wellington councillors are thus far uneasy about agreeing to a resolution in support of Aypa Power’s bid to open a battery storage facility in the south end of Fergus.

FERGUS – The Fergus Tennis Club needs more space and wants to partner with Centre Wellington to create a five-court, domed facility at a new location.
