Upcoming EWFHT workshops

WELLINGTON COUNTY – The East Wellington Family Health Team is providing another month of free workshops to help folks reach good health.

Aug 18 from 7 to 8pm, (three sessions), Relaxation and Stress Management;

Aug 19 from 4 to 5pm, Understanding Pre-Diabetes;

Aug 27 from 1:30 to 3pm, Alzheimer Care Partners Support Group. This is for friends and family of people living with Alzheimers or other forms of dementia.
