MINTO – Royal Canadian Legion Branch 259 in Listowel donated $10,000 from its poppy fund to the Palmerston and District Hospital Foundation’s MRI Campaign.

PALMERSTON – Several of the 30 Palmerston and District Hospital Auxiliary Gift Shop volunteers got together on March 4 to present an $8,000 cheque to Palmerston and District Hospital Auxiliary president Helen McFadzean.

WINGHAM – The CKNX Health Care Heroes Radiothon took to the airwaves on Oct. 19 with a mission to inspire support for local hospitals in mid-western Ontario. At the end of the seven-hour broadcast, $376,189 was raised toward vital health care projects for hospitals.

PALMERSTON – Representatives from Hensall Co-op met to present the Strong Communities Initiative donation to the Palmerston and District Hospital Foundation’s MRI+ Campaign on Aug. 28.

PALMERSTON – The Palmerston Fall Fair opened with an announcement to pledge $50,000 over five years to the Palmerston and District Hospital Foundation’s MRI+ Campaign on Aug. 17.

DRAYTON – Edge Mutual Insurance Company pledged $250,000 to the Palmerston and District Hospital Foundation (PDHF) MRI+ Campaign on June 17.

HARRISTON – The Palmerston and District Hospital Foundation holds its 21st annual Starlight Gala on May 25. 

LISTOWEL - Stop 23 Auto Sales made another $20,000 installment on the Listowel car dealership’s multi-year commitment to contribute $100,000 to the Palmerston and District Hospital Foundation’s Starlight Gala, which raises funds for hospital equipment.

MOOREFIELD - On May 7, Moorefield Excavating met with the MRI+ Campaign Committee to pledge $250,000 to the campaign, as well as donate $10,000 to the 2024 Starlight Hospital Gala.

PALMERSTON - Palmerston and District Hospital Foundation President Earl Campbell was on hand recently to thank the Struyk family and Conestogo Agri Systems for their $100,000 pledge to the foundation’s MRI+ Campaign.

MOUNT FOREST – The Mount Forest Thrift Shop was the setting for a $100,000 cheque presentation (pledged over two years) to support the Palmerston and District Hospital Foundation’s MRI+ Campaign.

MRI donation – The Palmerston and District Hospital Foundation MRI+ Campaign has received a donation of $48,000 from the proceeds of the Mount Forest Legion Branch 134 Catch the Ace Raffle.
