Frustrated hairstylists start Red Balloon Wednesdays reopening campaign
WELLINGTON COUNTY- Hairstylist Erin Kiers, owner of Hybrid Hair and Detox Spa, put red balloons out front of her Mount Forest store on May 26. She was joined by hairdressers all over the province who are lobbying the Ontario government to allow them to open on June 14.
