Nater confident in Ambrose leadership

Local MP John Nater recenty congratulated the MP Rona Ambrose on being elected interim leader of the Conservative Party of Canada.

“I am confident Ms. Ambrose will be an excellent interim leader for our party,” Nater stated in a Nov. 5 press release. “Ms. Ambrose has the experience and the work ethic necessary to be an effective leader of the official opposition. She has held eight cabinet portfolios and is a proven communicator.

“She has a strong vision for Canada and I look forward to working with her as we move forward together as a renewed Conservative Party and as an effective and constructive Official Opposition.”
