WINDSOR – On June 9 and 10, the Norwell District Secondary School girls slo-pitch team competed in the Ontario Federation of School Athletic Association’s (OFSAA) Slo-Pitch Festival in Windsor.

MOUNT FOREST – The Wellington North Farmers’ Market hosted a well-attended Strawberry Social in Mount Forest on June 21.

ARTHUR – The Arthur Chamber of Commerce held a Canada Day street market on June 28 on Charles Street East, featuring an array of booths selling food and goods, as well as live music, games, face painting and temporary tattoos.

MOUNT FOREST – The Wellington Heights Secondary School (WHSS) drama club presented an original jukebox musical titled Any Time, Any Place from June 5 to 7.

ARTHUR – The United Church of Canada is celebrating its 100th anniversary in 2025, and the Advertiser will be featuring local United churches/congregations throughout the year.
