PUSLINCH – When fire leveled the storage shed at the Badenoch soccer field last October, it left the Puslinch Minor Soccer Club at a loss as how to replace the shed and the equipment that perished  inside.

PUSLINCH – The Easter Bunny was photographed with numerous families on April 12 as he joined the Whistle Stop Co-op Pre-school’s Breakfast with the Easter Bunny. 

WELLINGTON COUNTY – As of July 1, the Blue Box Program in Ontario will no longer be the county’s responsibility.  

WELLINGTON COUNTY – The number of local municipal employees paid over $100,000 per year went up by 38 per cent last year. The salaries were published by the province as part of the Public Sector Salary Disclosure List.

PUSLINCH – ­Councillors here have learned it’s complicated to switch from the provincial offences system to an administrative monetary penalty system, but they remain convinced the effort will be worth the savings in both time and money. 

GUELPH – On March 27, county council voted 9–7 to reject larger signs for the automated speed enforcement pilot program, which to date has generated $1.18 million in gross revenue.

PUSLINCH – While they appreciate the “break” from construction mayhem after a year of traffic detour mayhem, residents on Sideroad 10 South in Puslinch want the township to pave the road as soon as possible. 

PUSLINCH – Puslinch councillors and the mayor were paid a total of $147,196 in 2024 in honorariums, benefits and expenses.
