ELORA – The Christmas lights in downtown Elora may be a little dimmer this year, as council voted not to take $12,000 from the general capital reserve to install white lights in the Elora Green Space.

ELORA – The Elora Adventure Film Festival is growing, tickets are selling fast, and now that Ian Evans has a team behind him, he couldn’t be happier.

FERGUS – The New to You charity thrift store is holding an auction of fine art and patrons have just two weeks to make their bids. The auction opened Oct. 21 and it closes Nov. 1.

FERGUS – Former Wellington-Halton Hills MPP Ted Arnott has received a lifetime achievement award from the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association (CPA).

FERGUS - Residents ran and walked 5km in benefit of Haitian schools at an annual race hosted by St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church on Oct. 18.
