Grieving over the holidays?
When grieving the death of a loved one, the holiday season can seem anything but merry. It can be a time of overwhelming emotions, new challenges and unrealistic expectations.
The Bereaved Families of Ontario (Midwestern Region) and the Mount Forest Family Health Team are offering a session to acknowledge the difficulties of the season and to share coping strategies.
The session starts at 7pm on Nov. 25 at the Mount Forest Public Library community room. Registration is requested. Everyone is welcome, free of charge.
