EWFHT offering free workshops in July
WELLINGTON COUNTY - The East Wellington Family Health Team is offering another month of free virtual workshops in July.
Sessions include:
- July 13 from 5 to 6pm: Heart Health;
- July 18, 4 to 5pm: The Mediterranean Diet for Good Health; and
- July 26, 1:30 to 3pm: Alzheimer Care Partners Support Group.
