The Craft Brew Rendezvous, a local microbrewery bus tour focusing on the Waterloo region is taking place from 11:30am to approximately 5:30pm on Nov. 7.
The proceeds from the event will go to the Centre Wellington Community Foundation, which provides mini-grants to local initiatives. It was also involved with the Vital Signs Report.
The meeting spot for this year’s tour is parking lot one in MacDonald Square in Elora, across from Elora Brewing Co.
The Craft Brew Rendezvous will include a tasting and brewery tour at Innocente, a tasting and appetizers at Abe Erb, a tasting and mini-lecture in the historical “Cavern” at Lion Brewery (Huether Hotel), a tasting and chat at Block3, and a tasting and appetizers and start-up story at Elora Brewing Company.
Tickets are $50 and can be purchased online at bit.ly/CWCraftBrew or at Sante, Fraberts, Box Social and Shepherd’s Pub.
