Town of Minto to reopen recreational facilities on Jan. 3
MINTO – The Town of Minto will be reopening all town-operated recreational facilities to the public on Jan. 3. The Norgan Theatre in Palmerston will reopen on Jan. 7, while town programs such as public skating, shinny, walking groups and pickleball will resume on Jan. 10.
