This time of year can be so stressful and busy. As clergy we are trying to figure out how we are going to tell the story again this year. There are extra services, extra plans, pageants and productions. 

Rockwood farmers’ parade celebrates 30 years

Parade of lights – The Rockwood Farmers’ Annual Santa Claus Parade of Lights returned for its 30th year on Dec. 8 with farm tractors and agricultural equipment adorned in Christmas lights and decorations. The parade began at 7pm, just north of Rockwood’s village border.

SE health showcases services to MPP

PALMERSTON – SE Health, a national not-for-profit social enterprise, recently hosted Perth-Wellington MPP Matthew Rae at the Minto Rural Health Clinic and Minto-Clifford Public School to highlight the critical community health services SE Health provides to Minto residents. 

Reflections: Season of hope

It’s that time of year when Christmas preparations are getting into full swing – families and companies are hosting Christmas parties, friends are planning gift exchanges, and children everywhere are compiling their Christmas wish list – and for some, this can be a hard season.
