Coronation celebration - On May 7, the Church of St. John the Evangelist in Elora celebrated the coronation of King Charles and Queen Camilla with a patronal service followed by a coronation lunch, and a large crowd gathered in Thompson Hall to celebrate.

National Nursing Week, May 8 to 14, is the annual celebration of the nursing profession and an opportunity to recognize all nurses from all sectors of the health system.

CENTRE WELLINGTON – Rehabilitation work Creekbank Bridge, located on Wellington Road 17 approximately 0.7km East of Wellington Road 18 in Centre Wellington, is set to begin May 8. The work will be performed by Engineered Concrete Limited of Kitchener, Ontario.
