Tourism organization names board

There are three Wellington County people who will sit on the Region 4 regional tourism organization’s (RTO) founding board of directors.

The RTO serves Huron, Perth, Waterloo, and Wellington – and will work in concert with the Ontario Ministry of Tourism and Culture to provide direction to the region’s tourism marketing, spending, and workforce development efforts.

The directors were selected by a nominations committee for their tourism and professional knowledge, experience, and skills to ensure the organization will be well equipped to represent the interests of the region’s tourism sectors and stakeholders.
