Stolen bike recovered

On July 8 at approximately 12:55 p.m. Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report that a stolen BMX bike was located at a home on Prospect Street, Palmerston.  It was recovered and a local man was arrested and charged.  The investigation also revealed that a condition of his Probation Order was not being followed.

Charged is 36-year-old Anthony Cudney of Palmerston with Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5000 and Failure to Comply with a Probation Order contrary to the Criminal Code.  He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Criminal Court on August 25, 2015.
