OMB appeal pre-hearing underway for subdivision
A pre-hearing for an Ontario Municipal Board appeal regarding a local subdivision was set to begin on June 20 at 10am in the Centre Wellington council chamber here.
The matter involves the Sorbara/Tribute Nigus development at Lots 18, 19 and 20 on Concession 14
The “Storybrook” development is located in the west end of Fergus, at the corner of Colborne and Beatty Line.
