GUELPH – Students carefully finger weaved orange yarn in their school’s library, making bracelets and bookmarks to raise money to honour Indigenous children who attended residential schools. 

ERIN – Cole Upton has been playing soccer with H.E.A.D.S. (Hillsburgh Erin and District Soccer) since the age of three. 

ERIN – An event filled with local beer, food and entertainment is coming back to Erin on Sept. 22.

ERIN – Officials say the town's rebranding is "designed to resonate and connect with residents," but within hours of the unveiling of a new logo, many residents had voiced their distaste for it, with dozens already signing a petition to have it scrapped.

ERIN – The Town of Erin advises residents that Bridge 5 replacement work will close Second Line approximately 1.7km west of Sideroad 27 for bridge replacement beginning Sept. 16.

ERIN – Officials here will be spending about $20,000 on what they are calling a "brand refresh" for the town. The municipality announced the project in a press release on Sept. 4.

FERGUS – The Wellington Advertiser's website appears to be back up and running as normal after a couple days of service interruptions.

ERIN – Council here has approved a new program and policy to recognize the “historical significance” of properties in town.
