FERGUS – Centre Wellington Township plans to revitalize Confederation Park in Fergus.

CENTRE WELLINGTON – Members of the Mohawks Alumni stopped by Groves Memorial Community Hospital on Oct. 7 to present a $5,000 donation to the Groves Hospital Foundation.

FERGUS – On Oct. 17 Carrie Anne Kierstead handed a giant cheque worth $4,000 to Sara Felske, senior fundraising and relationship manager for the Heart and Stroke Foundation West Region.

ELORA– Granite Homes and Gemini Homes hosted the grand opening celebration of Harrison Park at the South River community in Elora on Oct. 18.

ELORA - The streets of downtown Elora were lined with spectators dressed in all fashion of costumes and makeup for the 2025 Monster March Parade on Oct. 18.

CENTRE WELLINGTON - Habitat for Humanity Guelph Wellington celebrated its newest build on Oct. 18. The 32-unit, three-storey stacked townhome development sits on an acre of land, formerly owned by A.O. Smith, on Garafraxa Street West in Fergus.

FERGUS – Wellington County OPP officials say police responded to the incident, in a wooden area on Gauley Drive in Fergus, on Oct. 18 at about 7pm.

ELORA – Each new donation to the expansion of the Elora Centre for the Arts from now to Nov. 15 will be matched dollar-for-dollar up to a maximum of $80,000.

ELORA – Centre Wellington is embarking on a study to discover when, where and how to start a public transit service in the township.
