Fun day in Grand Valley
Spenser’s Heart Children’s Charity is hosting a family fun day on Aug. 20 from 11am to 3pm at Riverside Pentecostal Assembly in Grand Valley.
The charity, which was created in memory of Spenser who died in a car accident in 2014, is hoping to raise money for its Lego Room. The room helps children dealing with traumatic life events.
There will be a bouncy castle, games, silent auction, face painting, crafts and a bake sale. The cost is $7 per person or $15 per family.
