Tartan Day – Though Tartan Day is officially recognized on April 6, the Fergus BIA and Fergus Scottish Festival celebrated the town’s Scottish heritage early, with a host of activities in downtown Fergus on April 2. Archery and caber tossing demonstrations for children were held in the parking lot of the TD Bank. Sandra Zelth from Fergus was among those who tried their luck with the bow and arrow.
