The Donkey Sanctuary of Canada will host its second annual Pace for the Donkeys Trail Run on Sept. 28, from 9am to noon at the farm, (6981 Puslinch Concession 4).
Activities include a 5km trail run/walk, Donkey Dash (100 yards for four age groups – ages: 2-3, 4-5,6-7, 8-9), a group photo, awards ceremony, draws, and “Donkey ‘N U” photos.
The event will also feature after-race refreshments for all registrants, free parking and Karma KaMealeon food truck where lunch can be purchased.
The entry fee is $35 until Sept. 15. All registered participants receive a “Pace for the Donkeys” t-shirt and a button. Individuals and teams welcome.
Children who wish to enter the Donkey Dash must also register.
