Better sleep program: decrease insomnia

Hard to fall asleep?

Busy brain at bedtime? Hard to fall back to sleep? Not getting much energy from your sleep?

Over this five week program, you will learn strategies to decrease insomnia and how to relax the body in bed for better sleep.

Hear about techniques that will help you prepare your mind and body for a restful night. You will be provided with a sleep diary to monitor your progress.

The program will be held Monday evenings on Sept. 12, 19 and 26, Oct. 3 and 17, at 6:30 to 7:30pm in the meeting room at Mount Forest Family Health Team
