Tree of Remembrance up at mall
The Tree of Remembrance will be at Stone Road Mall in Guelph until Dec. 23.
Staffed by volunteers, this fundraising event offers the community an opportunity to support Hospice Wellington while honouring a loved one.
For a minimum donation of $5, donors may place an ornament on the tree and write a message to a loved one in the program’s Book of Remembrance.
The Book of Remembrance will be buried at the base of a lilac tree at the annual Lilac Tree of Remembrance Day, May 31 at Woodlawn Memorial Park.
All proceeds from this fundraiser will support the programs and services offered at Hospice Wellington, both in the residence and in the community.
