Theft from trailer
On Nov. 29 at about 7:50am Wellington County OPP received a report of items stolen from a locked construction trailer on Watt Street in Fergus.
Police say the lock was cut off and the trailer entered sometime between 1 and 5am, and the following items were stolen: two gas-powered wheel barrow style compressors, a gas powered motor and a Stihl saw.
“Remember if you see any suspicious persons or activity – call police at the time,” the OPP stated in a press release.
