GUELPH – A Mount Forest man charged with driving offences that resulted in the February death of Sharmila Jeyaruban has been handed a fine and a two-year driving prohibition following a joint Crown-defence sentencing recommendation.

GUELPH – Palmerston resident Michael Hurst was sentenced to two years of house arrest and three years of probation following convictions for sexual assaults and indecent acts involving five women between 2007 and 2015.
