Regarding the recent fire in the Mini Lakes Community, in the July 14 edition of the Wellington Advertiser, the location was incorrectly called a trailer park.
The Advertiser received several complaints about that description.
One website listing properties for sale at the Mini Lakes Community (wesellminilakes.com) describes it as a 95-acre lifestyle community. It also states Mini Lakes is officially a registered plan of subdivision with common condominium elements. In general, Mini Lakes is described as a year round mobile and modular home community.
However some of the properties for sale on the website are listed as seasonal trailers.
