Mapleton chicken barn destroyed by fire
MAPLETON – Deputy fire chief Callise Loos said four stations responded to the blaze, on Concession 8 northwest of Moorefield, on Feb. 25 at about 10:30am. There were no injuries to civilians or firefighters and the barn was empty at the time.
