Get ready as the Victoria Park Seniors Centre presents the 10th annual Active Living and Retirement Show on March 24 fron 10am to 2pm.
The event is at the CW Sportsplex in Fergus and admission is free – all ages welcome.
There are door prizes, grab bags and free refreshments. In addition, there are free chair massages, fitness demos/seminars and fascial stretching.
