On May 4 or 5 from 9:30am to 4:30pm, participants will join naturalist Richard Aaron in a workshop to learn how to identify springtime flora. They will go beyond the field guide to delve into interesting aspects of those plants’ natural history, ecology, lore and uses.
Participants should bring lunch, their favourite wildflower field guide and a hand lens if they have one. The fee is $75 plus HST and the registration deadline is April 27. For more information or to register call The Arboretum at 519-824-4120 extension 52358.
