Two break-ins
Wellington County OPP officers are investigating two break-ins and thefts here on Oct. 26 between 6:50am and 4:30pm.
The first report came in at about 10pm from a residence on William Rex Crescent. Police say the owner returned home in the evening and noticed things out of place. Investigation revealed someone entered the home through a side door, rummaged through the home and stole jewelry and cash.
A second report of a break-in came from a residence on Delarmbro Drive where, police say, someone entered the home through a rear sliding glass door and stole jewelry and cash.
