Speeder of the Week
PUSLINCH – On Sept. 5 at about 6:30pm, a Wellington County OPP officer was monitoring traffic when a vehicle was seen speeding.
Police pulled the driver over on Concession 7.
A 49-year-old Toronto resident was charged with speeding and performing a stunt (excessive speed).
The driver is to appear in Guelph court at a later date.
PUSLINCH – On Sept. 7 at about 5pm, a Wellington County OPP officer was monitoring traffic when a vehicle was seen speeding.
Police pulled the driver over on Wellington Road 36.
A 19-year-old Brampton resident was charged with speeding and performing a stunt (excessive speed).
The driver is to appear in Guelph court at a later date.
In the above incidents the driver’s licence was suspended for 30 days and the vehicle seized for 14 days.
