Centre Wellington council has named several of its committees for the coming term of office.
The announcement came in the committee of the whole on March 14, after a closed session.
Council approved the following committee members:
– committee of adjustment, Sandy Cleghorn, Patricia Drimmie, John Gamble, Cornelius Bultena, and Kathy Baranski as the citizen appointees;
– Heritage Centre Wellington, Kathy Baranski, Eleanor Smith, Don Fraser, David Beynon, Graeme Chalmers, Steven Wright, and Nicholas Brown;
– property standards, for the term of council, Robert Ustrzycki, Patricia Piitz, and Steve Wright; and
– parks and recreation committee Karen Walsh, Edward Starkey, Barb Stewart-Schieck, Scott Henderson, Ian Rice, and Connor Maitland.
Council voted unanimously to make those appointments.
