Theft of pants
A woman from Southgate Township was charged after an incident here on March 6 at approximately 12:25pm.
Bortolato reported Wellington County OPP received a call about a theft that occurred at Stumbled Upon Consignment Boutique located in Mount Forest.
The complainant reported that a female left the store without paying for a pair of pants. She was located by police and arrested. Further investigation revealed that she was on probation and had breached a condition.
Tracey Reid, 44, is charged with theft under $5,000 and failure to comply with her probation order contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada. She is scheduled to appear in Guelph criminal court on April 24.
