Teen found unconscious in pond dies
A local teenager who was found unconscious in a pond last Thursday died two days later in hospital.
On Sept. 3 at about 3:44pm, Wellington County OPP responded to a residence on Concession 7 in Wellington North Township for a report of a young man “submerged in a pond.”
Police say officers located the unconscious male and he was brought to a local hospital by Guelph-Wellington Emergency Medical Services and later transferred to a Hamilton hospital.
On Sept. 5, Abram Wall, 17, of Wellington North, passed away.
