Birthday gift – Makayla Welsh, a student at St. Joseph Catholic School in Fergus, raised $250 for mental health initiatives in Centre Wellington via Big Brothers Big Sisters Wellington after asking for donations from her friends in lieu of presents for her 13th birthday.
