Stolen items recovered
Two Mapleton residents have been charged after police recovered a stolen tractor and snowblower here.
On Oct. 3, Wellington County OPP officers executed search warrants at two residences in Mapleton Township.
Police say the warrants were part of an ongoing theft investigation dating back to November 2015.
During the searches officers recovered a Kubota tractor and mower deck and a Kubota snowblower.
Scott Roe, 35, and Rebecca Palmer, 37, both of Mapleton, were charged with possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000 and possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000.
They are to appear in Guelph court on Nov. 18.
