Serious collision
On June 13 at about 11:30am, emergency crews were called to the scene of a head-on collision involving two vehicles on Wellington Road 124, east of Erin Park Drive here.
Wellington County OPP officials say a 67-year-old London man driving a Chevrolet was taken by air ambulance to a Toronto-area hospital with serious injuries and the female passenger, 66 and also of London, was taken to a local hospital with serious injuries and was later released.
A 68-year-old Guelph woman driving a Dodge minivan was taken by ambulance to a local hospital with serious injuries.
Wellington Road 124, between Erin Park Drive and Churchill Boulevard, was closed for about three hours by OPP Technical Collision Investigators. The OPP is asking anyone that may have witnessed the collision to call 1-888-310-1122.
