Serious accident
On Sept. 12 at about 8:05pm Wellington County OPP officers received a report of a two vehicle collision on Wellington Road 124 near the Third Line here.
Officers responded along with the Town of Erin Fire and Rescue Services and the Guelph-Wellington Emergency Medical Services.
Police say an eastbound 2001 Toyota collided with a 2001 Pontiac that was travelling westbound on Wellington Road 124.
The driver of the Pontiac, a 25-year-old Guelph woman, was transported to a local hospital by land ambulance and subsequently airlifted to a Hamilton hospital with serious injuries.
