Seniors Centre for Excellence offers programming

DRAYTON – The Seniors Centre of Excellence in north Wellington offers a variety of activities and services for seniors. For a full list visit https://bit.ly/2TnScvl.

If your resolution was to exercise regularly, there is no end of opportunities with the Seniors’ Centre for Excellence to increase your activity level, and all safely indoors.

Check out the dates and times for the SMART Exercise program, the walking groups in your area, yoga and line dancing.

Exercise is key to maintaining independence and many of these programs are freee.

Free indoor walking

Do you want to get into or maintain your physical fitness over the winter months, then these groups are for you.

Offered at a local arena, a space to walk in a safe and warm environment with your neighbours.

All you need is a clean pair of walking shoes.

Programs will not run if the school buses in north Wellington have been cancelled.

Living with Loss

Living with loss returns Feb 5 at the Birmingham Retirement Community at 7 pm. This free peer-support group is for adults grieving the death of a loved one. Registration is suggested 519-603-0196.
