Saddlery stolen

Police have charged one suspect, and are seeking to identify a second, in connection with a Nov. 27 theft from a stable here.

On Nov. 29, Wellington County OPP published surveillance photos of suspects in a break-in at a horse stable on Wellington Road 34 near Guelph. The suspect(s) stole at assortment of saddlery worth about $3,000.

Madoline Elizabeth Currie, 23, of Cambridge, was charged with breaking and entering and is to appear in Guelph court Jan. 2.

Police continue to search for a second suspect.
