Puslinch road closed for police investigation
OPP called about abandoned vehicle on Wellington Road 32 on Sept. 21
PUSLINCH – Police have closed a portion of Wellington Road 32, southwest of Guelph, for an investigation after discovering an abandoned vehicle.
Wellington County OPP officials say officers were called to the area, between Forestell Road and Concession 4 in Puslinch, on Sept. 21 at about 7:30am.
"As a result, the public can expect an increased presence in the area" and that stretch of Wellington Road 32 is closed "with no expected time of reopening," police stated in a press release.
The OPP did not provide any other details about the vehicle or investigation, but added, "There is no threat to public safety, and the public is asked stay clear of the area."
