New exhibition opens Whitestone Gallery Feb. 2

Art-lovers with the winter blues will enjoy Whitestone Gallery’s new exhibition Rouge, a red-hot showcase of local artists in varied mediums.

The all-members’ show of luminous new work will feature 15 artists from the Guelph and Centre Wellington area,  including Grayce Perry, Jerre Davidson, Sylvia Galbraith, Deb Dryden, Mary Karavos, Jean Loney and others.

The group works in a variety of media including encaustic, oils, photography,  watercolours, glass and paper.

The opening reception is Feb. 2, 2 to 4pm.

The Whitestone Gallery is open from 11am to 5pm on Fridays and Saturdays, or by appointment or by chance.

The Whitestone Gallery is located downtown at 80 Norfolk St.
